Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and El Camino Studio LLC ("El Camino Studio", "we", "us") governing your use of lootfun.app and the Orrie Bag mobile app — a shopping experience where you discover and buy real products that are shipped to you.

1. Agreeing to these Terms

You accept these Terms by creating an account, clicking "I agree," or simply using the service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Where we reference other policies — including our Privacy Policy — they are part of these Terms.

2. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above; for material changes we will give additional notice in the app or by email. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to you. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the service and close your account.

3. Overview of the service

Orrie Bag is a mobile shopping platform. You can browse products, place orders, and have real products shipped to you. Product availability, selection, and pricing may change at any time, and some products may be limited in quantity or unavailable in your region.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), able to form a binding contract, and not barred from using the service under applicable law, including sanctions and export-control rules. The service is void where prohibited.

5. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• One account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure — tell us immediately at support@lootfun.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

6. Orders, pricing, and payment

• When you place an order you make an offer to purchase; a contract of sale forms when we confirm the order or ship the product. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or the order appears fraudulent.
• Prices are shown in the app and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or descriptive errors even after an order is placed.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize us and our providers to charge your selected payment method for your order and any applicable taxes and fees.
• Product images and descriptions are for reference; actual colorways or packaging may vary for comparable versions of the same product.

7. Shipping and delivery

• We ship to supported addresses. Shipping fees and estimated timelines, if any, are shown before you confirm your order.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate address. Title and risk of loss pass to you on our delivery of the product to the carrier; delivery estimates are not guarantees.
• If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional fees may apply.

8. Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the return policy presented at the time of purchase and by your rights under applicable law. Products that arrive damaged or materially not as described may be returned or replaced — contact support within 14 days of delivery. Refunds, where due, are issued to your original payment method.

9. Referrals and promotions

Referral rewards, discounts, and other promotions are offered at our discretion: terms are shown at the time, may change, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and other abuse void the associated rewards.

10. Prohibited activities

When using the service, you must not:

• break the law, or use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• commit fraud, including payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or promotion abuse;
• use bots, scripts, scraping, or automation, or attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions, including via VPN;
• harass or harm other users, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property;
• resell, commercially exploit, or misrepresent the service or your account.

11. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties — payment processors, shipping carriers, sign-in providers, and app stores — that operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and disputes with them are between you and the third party, though our support team will help where we reasonably can.

12. Mobile app license

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Orrie Bag app on devices you own or control. Keep the app updated; outdated versions may not work correctly or show accurate information.

13. Intellectual property and feedback

The El Camino Studio and Orrie Bag names, logos, and all content and software in the service are the property of El Camino Studio LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or used to build competing products. Third-party brand names appear to identify genuine products and imply no partnership or endorsement. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation.

14. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, El Camino Studio and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for all claims is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the 180 days before the claim arose or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold El Camino Studio and its affiliates harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another’s rights.

17. Dispute resolution and arbitration

• Talk to us first — most issues can be resolved quickly by emailing support@lootfun.app.
• Binding arbitration — any dispute that we can’t resolve informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English, remotely or at a mutually agreed location. Small-claims court remains available for qualifying claims.
• Class-action waiver — disputes must be brought individually; class, collective, and representative actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
• One-year window — claims must be filed within one year of the events giving rise to them, where permitted by law.

18. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required for legal or security reasons. On termination, your license to use the service ends; outstanding orders and paid balances are handled as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive — including 13 through 17 — survive termination.

19. Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign them. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, or infrastructure failures. We may provide notices electronically, including in the app and by email. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and El Camino Studio about the service.
